Quality Care Part of the Mercedes experience is the quality of the service one receives. This is my second Mercedes and the first purchased from Rallye. She is a Part of the Mercedes experience is the quality of the service one receives. This is my second Mercedes and the first purchased from Rallye. She is a good old girl, but with age comes the need of more service. I have always received excellent service here. My adviser, John Ciccotelli, keeps me up to date on the best practices for my vehicle . He is attentive,pleasant and knowledgeable. I like that I have the same adviser each visit, Front desk personnel are friendly. The use of a loaner car means my day can continue as usual, I have be coming to Rallye for service since 2004. . .
