I always get the best service at Rallye. It is very easy to schedule an appointment for normal maintenance at Rallye. Whenever an unexpected issue arises (just last night my headlight went out) I am able t to schedule an appointment for normal maintenance at Rallye. Whenever an unexpected issue arises (just last night my headlight went out) I am able to call ahead, bring my car in and wait for the repair. I do A LOT of driving, and I always have peace of mind that my car is in perfect shape. I feel like I am in "VERY GOOD HANDS" at Rallye. My service advisor, John Ciccotelli is extremely competent and an overall great guy! John and the whole Rallye team is always there to help me. I HIGHLY recommend Rallye! More

my experience at Rallye's has always been positive. my service advisor has always gone the extra step and all other staff were and always are very good. as a matter of fact i can compare it to Helms Brot service advisor has always gone the extra step and all other staff were and always are very good. as a matter of fact i can compare it to Helms Brothers and say they have nothing on you guys. During this season I have had three visits to the Rallye dealership for service. First for a flat tire replacement. Then, for a routine annual service. Finally, yesterday, without an appointment, to have dealership for service. First for a flat tire replacement. Then, for a routine annual service. Finally, yesterday, without an appointment, to have a very small chip on the windshield repaired. Each time John Ciccotelli provided outstanding customer service. It would have been easy for John, yesterday, to just tell me to make an appointment to have the chip repaired. Instead, he located the individual who does this type of repair, introduced me to him and made sure that the car was taken care of at that time. I understood the repair process and was completely prepared to wait the almost two hours for it to be completed. Having my newspaper with me and the available internet and TV amenities provided by Rallye, it was well worth the wait. While I have owned several BMWs in the past 7 years, this is my first Mercedes. I am impressed with the car, a E550 Cabriolet and I am equally impressed with the level of service provided at Rallye. When books are written about customer service, it is the kind of service provided by people like John Ciccotelli that they are referring to. The windshield chip was not a big problem, but it was a big headache. John's customer service courteously and professionally removed both. More

There was an intermittent noise when the car accelerated from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent. I certainly will use Rally ag from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent. I love the ability to have my car serviced at night and that I am able to pick my freshly serviced and washed car up first thing in the morning! Very convenient for the customer. I had a problem - a flat tire with a screw in the tire. Within 20 minutes of the call to Roadside service, the service attendant arrived at my garage. He advised me that, although the screw was not in the wall, it was close enough to preclude the viability of a permanent plug. After filling the tire with air, Roadside Assistance followed me to Rallye to assure that I would arrive safely. Without an appointment, after about 20 minutes I was directed to John Cicolletti. He devoted his full attention to my problem. When learning that I would be able to wait for about an hour, he assured me that the tire would be replaced within that time. He was true to his word. During my initial sit down with John at his desk, he apologized for having to take a short phone call. He was dealing with a devastating flood condition in his home and was somewhat overwhelmed by it. Having had a similar experience several years ago, I fully understood the challenge he was dealing with. What impressed me the most about John was that, despite his own serious issue, he did not for a single second lose attention for my problem, or his commitment to me as a customer of Rallye. Let me tell you something. I retired from one of the largest corporations in the world. You can't make or buy employees like John Cicolletti. He is an outstanding representative of Rallye Motors. More
