I was happily greeted by all of the salesman and ended up having John Came into Liberty Subaru in the early weeks of september inquiring about a BRZ. John was friendly and understanding of my finances and after matching and beating prices offered by other Subaru dealerships around the area, i decided to make a deal with John. Although he did not know all of the answers about the new vehicle he made sure to find out the correct answer for me from his other peers. The shipping of the vehicle did take some time but my salesman as well as the sales manager made sure to be on top of the order process and kept me posted on updates about the vehicle. There was no silly non sense back and forth. I have dealt with Liberty in the past for my last car a Tucson- and I new I as a woman would be taken advantage of and I was correct in believing this. Alex told me my car would be in by September 16 and I drove off with my new car on September 15th. Alex was on vacation when I took delivery of my car. And left me in good hands with John Clarke. John was so good in explaining everything starting with the book going into the service department and going over the car. He even helped set my radio stations and blue tooth. We eventually decided that a new car was the way to go for us. Because there were no new Foresters at Liberty Subaru, we ended up buying from another dealer , we were so grateful for the time and knowledge he shared so that we could make just the right financial and safety choice in our Subaru Forester purchase.
