Did not vacuum all the broken glass between the sunshade and sunroof upon replacement and I'm unable to access it. Greasy fingerprints all over my headliner. My car was gone for a while (two weeks), but they provided a rent-a-car and regular updates on how the service was going. Their mechanics even found a leaking cam carrier seal on my engine and replaced it for only minimum extra cost. My rep, John Dake, was with me every step of the way and was professional, courteous, helpful, and informative. I would recommend servicing your Subaru with Lithia anytime. More
