I have purchased three vehicles and the sales and finance staff have been nothing short of excellent and to top it off the service department is of the same quality from their manager, service advisors, mech staff have been nothing short of excellent and to top it off the service department is of the same quality from their manager, service advisors, mechanics and parts. The sales team was great. John and Chris Lonergan excellent. The only issue we had was with the service department. Dropped the car off at 7:30 for an 8:00am appointment. Hear John and Chris Lonergan excellent. The only issue we had was with the service department. Dropped the car off at 7:30 for an 8:00am appointment. Heard nothing until we called at 1:00 pm then basically were told three different stories. Best policy would be total honesty in communication or at the very least have everybody tell the same lie so the customer would at least not feel they were being lied to and would then be left just feeling disappointed.
