The sales & service departments make me feel welcome. No pressure from salesperson. I'm want to get another Jeep but I don't think I'll be able to get one just yet maybe mid January. The service dept i No pressure from salesperson. I'm want to get another Jeep but I don't think I'll be able to get one just yet maybe mid January. The service dept is very friendly, I prefer to wait in their waiting room. I don't know much about cars, but they make sure I understand what my car is in for service. Usually purchase my cars but how they look & the feeling on the inside. I had one minor issue with no contact, then having to call them. They needed more time. I just needed someone to let me know so I can find alternate transportation. I try to understand the service dept gets backed up. So in the future if the say it'll only take a day, I'll add an extra day & have my transportation on standby, lol. More

The sales team was great. John and Chris Lonergan excellent. The only issue we had was with the service department. Dropped the car off at 7:30 for an 8:00am appointment. Hear John and Chris Lonergan excellent. The only issue we had was with the service department. Dropped the car off at 7:30 for an 8:00am appointment. Heard nothing until we called at 1:00 pm then basically were told three different stories. Best policy would be total honesty in communication or at the very least have everybody tell the same lie so the customer would at least not feel they were being lied to and would then be left just feeling disappointed. More
