John was ready for us when we arrive for our appointment. He was courteous had the vehicle we were interested in at the front door. He answered all of my questions and made sure the floor mats I wanted were He was courteous had the vehicle we were interested in at the front door. He answered all of my questions and made sure the floor mats I wanted were ordered. Ordered them on Tuesday had them delivered to me on Thursday. When it came time for the financing paperwork, he said we would have to go over next for the paperwork because Patrick left at noon. Then he said Patrick didn't wants to have wait for the finance man to get back from lunch. Patrick to care of us and we were on our way by 12:30. Great team!!! More
