While replacing the transmission in my truck, they had given me a rental. After just a few days of having the rental, the back hatch wouldn’t open or close, which meant that the interior lights wouldn’t s given me a rental. After just a few days of having the rental, the back hatch wouldn’t open or close, which meant that the interior lights wouldn’t shut off. After trying to fix it for about 45 minutes in the dark, I gave up. I knew that I would run the risk of the battery being dead in the morning, but had no other options. The next day the battery was in fact dead. I called the dealership and was extremely frustrated. The women that I talked to we’re extremely nice, understanding, and were unfazed by my aggravation. They sent a technician out to my house (who arrived very quickly). He had the vehicle running after about 45 seconds of arriving. After arriving at the dealership, they had me in a new rental in no time. Now, I’ve picked up my vehicle that was being worked on, and everything seems to be running great so far. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories of dealerships trying to fight people on warranty coverage. I was glad that this wasn’t an issue and it secured my faith in this dealership. I will continue to use Phil Wright for future purchases. They have a really great team of people! More

We were on our way from Belmond, Iowa to trade horse trailers at P&P Trailers sales in Atkins Ar. Our truck got a reduced power code 150 miles North of Russellville AR and we limped into their service trailers at P&P Trailers sales in Atkins Ar. Our truck got a reduced power code 150 miles North of Russellville AR and we limped into their service dept Monday morning and the service Dept. got us in and tried a new type of fuel filter. On the way back from trading Trailers the check engine light came on again and we were at reduced power again. Anyway this happened 3 times to us. Finally Dave the Mechanic was able to find a condition he could test. Unfortunately for us it ended up being fuel injectors needed to be replaced. Well that was going to be very expensive. JD with sales and the service staff were absolutely great to work with. JD gave us a few options and even tried calling other dealers to try and get us into a truck of our wishes with an 8' bed. There weren't any available. My biggest concern with a short bed was capacity to haul our new Horse trailer. But JD did research and found that the newer heavy duty 3/4 ton trucks have a lot more towing and capacity than our older 2008 did so the truck we ended up purchasing had plenty of capacity to haul our new trailer. My wife and I cannot thank the team enough for all of their support and guidance. Thank You Again! More
