I appreciated the Subaru Encore session. I did not have this when I got my first Subaru. Back then it was almost like a 5 minute vehicle orientation. To take time with a customer and spend almost an hour going through all the buttons, bells and whistles of a vehicle is probably we all find useful and important. Over and above all, Jon is the right person for the job. I found him very professional, articulate and very systematic that we covered everything in less than one hour. He explained to me the cruise control feature very, very clearly. I am now more confident to use it. And thank you too for my free wawa card. I am happy w my experience at Subaru Freehold. I will recommend your dealership to my family andfriends. More
