A Very Disappointed Experience I'm so not happy with my recent visit for service to get an oil change. First of all, how do you set an appointment for oil changes when your driving I'm so not happy with my recent visit for service to get an oil change. First of all, how do you set an appointment for oil changes when your driving habits change from month to month? On my last visit the service guy set an oil change appointment for October 27, however when that date arrived, I was no where near an oil change based on the mileage. My recent visit I was turned away for an oil change because I didn't have an appointment. I've been doing business with this service dept for over 10 years through 3 Toyota cars and never experienced service like this before. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for service and mentioned to the service tech I will not be coming back again. So disappointing. Since this survey will not allow me to submit without selecting individuals that worked with me, which were none because I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment, I selected all individuals in the service. More

No interaction with me I made an appointment and took my Prius in for an oil change. The service representative I made my appointment was too busy with someone else to help I made an appointment and took my Prius in for an oil change. The service representative I made my appointment was too busy with someone else to help me, so another representative checked me in. I was told that it would take less than an hour. A little more than an hour later my car showed back up on the drive, but no one came to let me know it was done. After about 30 minutes I went and found someone to get my bill so I could check out. That person let me know that my air filter and cabin filter needed replacing. Why didn't my service representative ask me about that when it was discovered? I probably would have had the service tech replace them, but I was out to time by that point. I was barely even acknowledged during the whole visit, and no one seemed to care about me. More

Service Dept takes real good care of my car. My bro in law both bought his car and had it serviced here from 2010. He got an almost new one and gave me that 2009 model telling me to get it servi My bro in law both bought his car and had it serviced here from 2010. He got an almost new one and gave me that 2009 model telling me to get it serviced only at Atkinson South because he is so pickey about his family cars upkeep. After my second service visit I have been shown that bro in law is right about this being a top quality dealership I can trust. If you decide to stay to wait on your car to be serviced there is a choice of comfortable seating areas to use and not be crammed into only one small room. So yes it is possible that waiting on the service dept can actually be fun here. JUSTIN NEWMAN............Happy new customer More
