Finally entered the truck world! Being new to the truck world, I also had a lot of questions about finding the right one for me. Bill was able to answer all of my questions regarding what I was looking for; he made great recommendations for some add-ons for the bed of my truck as well. Bill continues to make time for me should I have any questions. John was also extremely helpful explaining the financial aspect when I decided to go through with the purchase of my truck. At no time did I feel pressured to buy something I did not want. I could not be happier with the truck I drove away with or my experience with Bill and John. More

Drove 100 miles to buy a Used 2017 Expedition:) Well what can I say, never thought I would drive 100 miles into another state to buy a car, but I did. I did a lot of internet shopping, and Grinwald Well what can I say, never thought I would drive 100 miles into another state to buy a car, but I did. I did a lot of internet shopping, and Grinwald Ford had the perfect SUV for the best pricing that was out there. Bill and John were just Awesome to work with. One thing I never expected from a dealership was the low pressure I felt, so low that they put a hold on the truck with a hand shake for the weekend for me and my wife to discuss things. I asked them to go above and beyond for this deal and they did. John was able to get me a great finance rate on the used SUV. They all definitely went the extra mile, and I would not hesitate to buy from Grinwald in the future. One again I thank you all for making this a great car buying experience. John More

Been searching for a few months and found one on their lot through web search. Went to test drive with my kids, we really liked it. Lost out on a couple of other vehicles prior to this one. Bill was very easy and honest to work with. Pricing on the vehicle was very fair. They didn't seem overpriced, just fair. Worked with me on the price of my trade-in. John in finance was able to shave off over a point on my interest rate so went with them and a local lender for the loan. Overall, was a very good experience. More
