Bill was friendly, beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After some discussion, Bill let me know that Ford was offering 1.9 financing, so from there I went to talk with John. He explained the financing, warranty options, etc. John was very knowledgeable and entertaining :) With that being said, I picked up my new used 2014 Ford Edge tonight and am extremely happy with my purchase!!
