When there was not an exact fit on the lot, Bill located the vehicle we wanted with the exact features we wanted, and had it ready for us quicker than either of us were expecting. John Foltz was a pleasure to deal with and he set us up with the exact financing and extended warranty/insurance that we were looking for, and didn't force us into anything we weren't interested in. He explained every part of the financing/warranty/insurance products we added. When we picked up the vehicle, Bill Maron again took the time to go through the entire vehicle with my wife and I, even though it was nearing closing time. This was the single easiest, and most pleasant, vehicle purchase that either of us had ever experienced. We cannot recommend Grinwald Ford enough. We will be back for a RS soon! More
