When it came time to negotiate, sales manager John Munzel made it painless. The delivery process was probably the most professional experiences that I have ever had. Business manager John Foltz explained everything to us and made it make sense to buy an extended warranty to protect us over the years. We could have gone anywhere to get a new car, we are so happy with the treatment that we received from everyone we will be their best ambassadors they have ever seen. #1 car buying experience. More

I worked with Andy Grinwald who was very knowledgeable about the Transit Connect I purchased. They didn't have the one I wanted on the lot and he got it for me the next day! The paper work with John Foltz, the finance manager, was quick and he explained it all with clarity. I would recommend working with Grinwald Ford for my next vehicle. More
