The one piece of negative feedback on our experience is the absurdly low trade value Herb Chambers offered on our 2015 Q7...(~$2K below even the low amount on KBB.com), which we bought at Herb Chambers Audi. We are loyal Herb Chambers customers, having purchased several vehicles from several HC dealerships, Audi, Toyota, Honda, and now Kia, and to have no loyalty paid back to us as customers, when we are loyal to the HC brand feels like a slight. More

There's a wonderful waiting area we're on this particular visit I went to to return a few phone calls, before I could finish I was being waved at to let me know that my service was already done and I was ready to go! This was no anomaly this is business as usual and they take pride there in the Herb Chambers Kia service department, to make sure that you are a happy camper! More
