Yes sir of course, I made contact with John, waiting for the refund to go through and post on the account. I had also requested to cancel Gap and received different responses to how it’s canceled. One individual stated that I had to sign paperwork, but John said that it’s done automatically if I refinance my loan. Needless to say process has not gone as I expected it to go. Steven was very helpful, had told him that I was setting time up to go to dealership and buy out a lease, I traveled from west Texas, to San Antonio, then to McKinney to get this done. He was extremely helpful throughout

I see that refund went through but because of this I paid interest on the amount. Would you happen to know what is the actual process on canceling the gap insurance?
