Brought my 2021 highlander in because of a tire blowout. I have the extended road/tire hazard warranty. I was told adamantly that my warranty would not cover this "because my tire treads measured 3/32 an I have the extended road/tire hazard warranty. I was told adamantly that my warranty would not cover this "because my tire treads measured 3/32 and warranty doesn't cover if treads are too worn. Ask to speak with mamager David Jurs, and was told by him the same thing. He assured me that he could not do anything he works all the time with this warranty company! But the good news is they have a special buy 3 new tires get one free. I left and reviewed my warranty to discover the minimum tread depth is 2/32 which means service service department does not know what is allowed on the warranty they sale. Had I not questioned the service I probably would have purchased 4 new tires unnecessarily. More

Lex made our experience so stellar, I’m not sure we will ever buy anywhere else. He was very responsive to emails & calls. When we got to the finance office to sign papers, they were all ready.
