I felt safe as all employees were still wearing masks, they provided hand sanitizer, and the staff all seemed to enjoy being there. I had a car wreck on Wednesday at 3 pm and by 4 pm Thursday I had an amazing Toyota Highlander thanks to Devin, Steven, and John. I found the car that I wanted while shopping at my home in Plano, Tx. Submitted my trade-in form online very easily and within a short period of time Steven “Mississippi” Boyd emailed me warmly. Devin “Levi” Harpin greeted me as I pulled my car up. He gave me a few other options for a new lease, but the single owner Toyota Highlander I found on the site was the car for my family. We got the process started quickly and I never felt pressured. Devin provided all the answers to the questions I had. He was straight forward with everything. Though Steven was busy with another customer, he made sure to check in and see how things were going. Great team work on the staff. John in finance answered all of my questions and helped my find an affordable car payment without wasting my time. I am so happy I walked out of Honda of McKinney and went to easily the best car dealer in McKinney -Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney. Toyota of McKinney worked with me on my trade in and offered a fair price for my wrecked car. I can’t say that about McKinney Honda.
