John has been with the Gorges family since January of 2010. He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

Our last visit to the dealership was nothing short of atrocious! That said, our interaction with the service department was much different this time. They valued our time and gave us several updates on atrocious! That said, our interaction with the service department was much different this time. They valued our time and gave us several updates on the vehicle. They gave us a loaner car because the repair was going to take over a week. They were honest and respectful. We hadn't planned on ever returning but rather driving two hours away to a Volvo dealer in Des Moines. That isn't the plan anymore because they earned back our trust! Thank you, Gorges, for doing the right thing and making our second experience phenomenal. More

The service I have received over the years has been amazing. The team is friendly and they communicate any needs or changes that are required. Work was done by an inexperienced tech once he asked for help went much faster. Addional problem was addressed as a replace rather than repair so was more expensive than expected help went much faster.
