Mark made the mistake of making eye contact with me when I first walked in and it was like we were meant to be from the beginning. Very loose conversation, great sense of humor, and no pressure in the least. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience at all. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, but also posed a unique sell as I had two vehicles that I was looking to trade in. He did everything he could to make this process easy and was also very fair in the trades. John Gervais got involved towards the end and was equally as fun and charasmatic as Mark. In the end, I left with a new car and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I will absolutely be back for my next car if we are still in the area. More

The purchase was handled by Gloria Coffin who used her knowledge and experience to help us narrow down our selection to a Platinum from several other options. This process was very smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We were quoted a price based on our trade-in and pricing incentives based on a 2017 model year Ford Fusion Hybrid Platinum in Ruby Red Clear coat, a color my wife insisted on. We thought the deal was done until we received a call saying that Ford would not be producing any more of the 2017 model and asking if I would like to change the order to a 2018 model. I asked if it would be at the previously quoted price and the answer came back to me saying "Yes. We will stand behind the quoted price". We had a great price on a great car and now getting a car one model year newer for that same price was icing on the cake. At first I feared that this was an opportunity to raise the price, but this was certainly not the case. I felt that the Gervais crew held to the quoted price as a commitment to a customer. It was a good feeling to deal with such a company. I picked up the new car during a severe storm which made the crew at Gervais work through difficulties, like a storm related power outage, to prepare and ready my vehicle to have it ready as promised. I notice and greatly appreciate their "can do" attitude. I am recommending Gervais Ford to all my friends and relatives and anyone who comments on our beautiful car. -Patrick More

Great experience from start to finish I just bought a new Ford F-150 at Gervais Ford. I initially inquired about the truck online where I set up an appointment for a test drive. The salesperson (Gloria) then reached out directly to make sure the online experience was ok and to see if I had any questions prior to coming in. The day of my test drive they had the truck ready for my arrival. When I was back from the test drive they had completed the review of my trade-in and had all the paperwork ready if I wanted to move forward. With all that said there was no pressure to move forward which I appreciated. The price for the new truck as well as my trade-in where very fair based on my online research prior to coming in. I decided to move forward and the rest of the experience was great. Matt in Finance was very easy to deal with and the truck was ready when I had asked. More

I went to Gervais because my father and a friend recommended I go there. They were so professional caring and so helpful with no pressure. I was able to tell them what I was looking for and not only did they find it for me it was beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Gloria and John where the absolute best! Answered all my questions, promptly got back to me never made me feel pressure and within a few days I was in a new car.
