From giving me advice about the state of my current car, to the options and choices I had with new or used cars. They kept it easy at first so I could really decide my NEEDS, versus just being another "sold unit". I decided to go used and they even looked to see if the other locations had something to fit my specs and price. Turns out I got a Lincoln from a Ford dealership. But a perfect fit...and THAT is what really impressed me. I highly recommend this team of folks out there and know I will go back again for sure! More

Gave us every discount available!!!! We visited the Ayer, MA Gervais Ford Dealership. John Delaney, the best car expert ever, aka Gervais Ford salesman, looked for and gave us every disc We visited the Ayer, MA Gervais Ford Dealership. John Delaney, the best car expert ever, aka Gervais Ford salesman, looked for and gave us every discount possible, from a $500 Veteran discount to all of the incentive discounts available. He got us what we wanted, and at the price we could afford, in the shortest time possible. We walked away with a beautiful Platinum White 2017 Ford Escape Titanium! John went above and beyond with his service, demonstrating how the vehicle parks itself, beeps when too close to another car (radar in the side mirrors), assisting us with syncing our phones and contacts to the car, demonstrating the navigation system, the secure keyless entry keypad, the hands free foot kicking motion to open the tailgate, and so many more features He was so patient with us - a senior couple. We went to two other dealerships while pricing the 2017 Escape, and John Delaney and the Gervais Dealership gave us the best price. The other dealerships play the make you wait there all day game, but John was efficient, and got right down to business, helping us to complete our deal in the minimum amount of time, and a gentle sense of humor. Matt in the Business Department was very friendly, and helped the deal complete in no time. The Service Department, especially the Quick Lane Department is exceptional. We've used it in the past for oil changes, with our 2014 Escape. Once we had a small piece on the front underside of the car that came loose. They fixed it without charging us for putting a screw in. Any other place would have charged us for it. They are a true customer service dealership. Easy and friendly auto buying experience I had been driving a basic Ford Fiesta that my son originally purchased from Gervais back in 2012. After he moved into the city in 2013 I bought the I had been driving a basic Ford Fiesta that my son originally purchased from Gervais back in 2012. After he moved into the city in 2013 I bought the car off of him. But recently I was growing tired of its lack of amenities and decided it was time to upgrade my ride. I had been considering a new Focus because I like the styling of the newest models. On a Thursday evening, I met my wife at the dealership and started talking to John Gervais. He had me test drive a Focus while he had my Fiesta appraised. But then I thought of the idea that maybe we should lease a new car for my wife while I take her car (a 2011 Escape) since she does not drive as much as I do. So then we test drove a 2017 AWD Escape which was very nice, especially the heated seats! Even though John was able to give me an excellent price on the new Focus, I thought that we should have an AWD vehicle in the household, and with my trade and incentives, the lease payments on the Escape where reasonable. I had never leased before and John explained all my options with no pressure. We slept on it and Friday I decided that the lease would be the best course for us. Since I was at work, my wife went into the dealership Friday and sat down with Gloria to start the paperwork. Everything was in place so that Saturday morning I could sit down with Jason Catalano, business manager, who explained all the options on the lease and after signing I was able to drive away with the vehicle. This is the fourth car that either I or a member of my family has purchased from Gervais, and every time the purchase went smooth and painless. More
