It was a bad experience.
I felt rushed and when I pulled my car up to the bay, I had to stop and was told to leave the keys in the car. I got out, followed the attendant and

Much later, someone came and said that my vehicle rolled down the hill and hit a gate which caused major damage to the back and side of the vehicle. I was so upset. I took my vehicle to have it repaired and it will not be ready until January 23rd. I’m now without a vehicle since my insurance will not cover a rental.

After reviewing the circumstances surrounding your visit, our team determined that the vehicle was left in neutral, which caused it to roll after being parked. At the time, no dealership employee was operating or moving the vehicle. While we are sorry for the stress this incident caused, our review concluded that the dealership was not at fault.

Good morning. We have looked into this issue and have found that the maintenance package you are referring to can only be honored at Mall of Georgia, there is no CPO oil change associated with this VIN number through American Honda. If a guest has a pre-paid maintenance contract with a third party, we are happy to claim it, as they will re-imburse us. However in this case, it appears that it can only be honored at Mall of Georgia. We are sorry for this confusion but it seems that maybe Mall of Georgia may have misled you to this fact. We want clear transparency with our guests and I am sure that although this situation does not sit well with you, you may come to understand that Mall of Georgia is the true party at fault. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with to resolve this problem through them, as we would be happy to help.
