We can confidently say that working with John Hall made the entire purchasing experience exceptional from start to finish. After numerous conversations with nearby dealerships, we ultimately felt most comfortable working with John- he was (and is) friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We knew exactly what vehicle, trim, and package we were looking for and John was very transparent and efficient with the entire process. When it came time to finalize the deal, everything was straightforward and smooth- we never felt rushed or pressured. I had been looking to buy a car for three years but was scared, as I had never bought one before. Suburban Toyota dealership was the first one to contact me so I figured why not, I'd go in and talk to them scared, as I had never bought one before. Suburban Toyota dealership was the first one to contact me so I figured why not, I'd go in and talk to them, tweak my approach, figure out what was what, because I was really in the market for a Mazda and didn't want to mess up my approach in the Mazda dealership. Toyota makes fantastic cars from what I read but they are a bit out of my price range right now. Then I met John Hall III. He found me a used Mazda 2022- a Carbon Edition, no less- within my means, and I was driving away with it in three days flat. I got a better rate than all the quoted rates Google assumed I would receive. It was absolutely painless for something I was dreading for 3 years! And the reason for that is John Hall III. He was so affable, friendly, and easy going, it was impossible not to like him. He even synced my phone to the car before I left. Suburban Toyota dealership, even selling used vehicles, is nothing like a used car buying experience we all have heard about and want to avoid. They are fantastic and professional, not pushy in the slightest. They actually made it more exciting than I expected it to be. Now I feel silly for being afraid for so long! I would highly recommend Suburban Toyota dealership in Farmington Hills for your car purchase, specifically John Hall III. Even when he put on my new license plate, he was careful to not strip the screws! He was awesome. I can't recommend him enough.
