I know this dealership appraised my vehicle while it was in for service. In my estimation, they recommended repairs that cost more than what I owed on my car, not all of which are necessary. If I didn’t know better I either would have overpaid for my current vehicle to be fixed or I would have been persuaded that my car was no longer great and that I needed to get a new one. Neither of those things needed to happen and the car is fine with the repairs that it actually needed. I don’t know that I would return to this service department for these reasons. More

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 crosstrek. Prior to paying for the service, I decided to buy a new 2026 Crosstrek and trade in my 2024.
