From my first meeting with John Williams who turned out to be my sales associate, it has been 100% great. I had just finished my 2024 Honda CRV getting service and decided to see what Subaru s were all abo to be my sales associate, it has been 100% great. After some pleasant conversation and looking at the cars in the show room I told him I had go. He asked me to meet his sales manager Jonathan Inzunza before I left. I was so impressed with John and Jonathan when I got home, I stapled their business cards to my Honda service receipt. Luckily I did that. It was weeks or a couple months or so I went back to see John. Last week I drove a new 2026 Subaru Forester Touring Hybrid home. That shortens the story a lot but leaves out all the great personnel that were involved with this purchase with John being the absolute leader of the pack. He is absolutely responsible for this deal. More

Had nail in left front tire. Told me not repairable. Mark ordered new coming from CA. Mark arranged a loaner to use. I'm 88 years old and have a lot of experience with leasing and purchasing cars especially Hondas. Over the last few months I have been in touch with John. He is the guy you don't want to miss out on in case you might be interested in a purchase of a new car. Yesterday I drove out of the Subaru Superstore of Surprise with my new 2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring. All after a very pleasant day making the final purchase. That isn't quite the end of the story! I can't say enough about John's personality, knowledge of his vehicles and how to treat and take care of a customer, and in my case, when we first met, someone who hardly would seem likely to be thinking of purchasing any new vehicle. John, and these people that were involved with completing my purchase right to the end were really a pleasure to deal with. In John's case, I am very conscious of him being there for me, POST purchase for questions if I need help or any thing else. Something that was apparent to me the very first time we met. The Subaru Superstore of Surprise is and has been for me a great experience though out these months. Asked if they gave a car wash after service,service writer said yes,but half the detail dept was on vacation and they were short handed in the service area and could not do a wash. If I was a new customer coming in and wanted to buy a new car that day,would you tell me you couldn't sell the car because you were short handed on sales people,I think the answer should have been we are short handed today but will get to it asp,or had give me a coupon for a wash at some other place.
