Start with the tow truck guy, Jose very rude guy, when I called Riata ford his number was given to me, than took 2 days to tell me it was only the battery, ford bronco died on me in the middle of heavy traf called Riata ford his number was given to me, than took 2 days to tell me it was only the battery, ford bronco died on me in the middle of heavy traffic, no warning nothing sent to me from FordPass until the bronco was dead, I was very scare to get back into that car, and the cost of the battery was very expensive, I was told i could not buy my own that it had to be from Ford.
