Sold me a junk, now wouldn't even return phone calls Not sure about their service with their new cars, bought a used minivan from this dealer in April. They assured me that they have done an extensive 50 Not sure about their service with their new cars, bought a used minivan from this dealer in April. They assured me that they have done an extensive 50 point inspection in the vehichle and that it was covered under 3,000 and 30 day warranty. Which turned out to be CRAP!! Took the van to my local dealer the next day and found the front engine mount was leaking and needed to be replaced along with the power steering pump had to be replaced as well. Called Summit Toyota and notified them. Used car manager said that he was too busy at the moment and will get back to me the next day and would let me know if it was covered under warranty... Guess what? Never got back to me. I called the dealership and left messages at the manager's desk phone and the sales person I bought the vehicle from, never got a call back, sent emails, Did not get a single reply!! Stay away from this place!! More

I reside in Mahoning county and this was well worth the hour drive for this salesman and wonderful treatment I received from the dealership. Not only did John get me a great trade in for my grandson's Kia that he trashed driving it to his construction job, he got me a Great deal on my new Camry. Like my son said, "Mom, this is your best car you have ever own." I have to agree. If I have to give them a grade in all areas of 1 to 10 ,10 being the best I would give them 11's or 12's. After searching autotrader.com for a car, I found a 2014 Toyota Venza to be exactly what I was loo Kudos to John Heslep and the team at Summit Toyota. After searching autotrader.com for a car, I found a 2014 Toyota Venza to be exactly what I was looking for at Summit Toyota. I contacted Summit Toyota and spoke with John Heslep to inquire about the car. John was easy to work with and he & I were able to negotiate a deal including my trade in over the phone. I made arrangements to meet John the following day at Summit Toyota. The next day I drove to Akron from Kalamazoo, Michigan to meet John, inspect the car and take it for a test drive and close the deal. Summit Toyota exceeded my expectations and every detail was to my satisfaction. John was very patient and took his time to explain all the functions of my new vehicle. In less than two and a half hours I was on my way home driving my new car. I personally want to thank John for making my car buying hassle free and a great experience. More

He even came directly to my home on one of the coldest days of the year to charge a dead battery of the 2112 model that I was to deliver on that morning. The day after we closed the deal, he arrived at my door again with the garage door opener that I left in the 2112. You bet that I would recommend this fellow!. More
