At one of the dealerships we were pressured from the moment that we stepped out of our vehicle. Not so at Summit we were showed nothing but respect. We drove three different models and felt we found our perfect match with the 2015 Highlander. John Heslep and the entire Summit Team worked diligently to be sure we had our perfect match. A few months ago my wife and I went in to by a brand new Toyota Highlander and had amazing service from the minute we walked in from John Heslep and the rest of the crew. I hate going to car dealerships b/c your car is the one thing that loses value the second you use it and it always seems like a scam. However that was not the case at Summit Toyota. John and the rest of the staff were welcoming, thorough, quick and made the whole process very easy. Two weeks ago, I went into Summit Toyota to buy out my lease and I was quickly greeted by Jason Hahn. He made the entire process quick and very easy. My wife and I were very happy with our buy out price and what we would pay moving forward. I would and have recommended Summit Toyota to anyone that will listen.
