I just bought a Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid with the hard to find BSI and color that I wanted. I thought might have to wait 2 or 3 months and they got it in a few day. A three hour tour....taken for a ride. One of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. Sales agent agreed to AMEX auto purchase program price online via email but refused to honor it or negotiate to m unpleasant experiences of my life. Sales agent agreed to AMEX auto purchase program price online via email but refused to honor it or negotiate to meet program terms. I dont want to be the ethics police on a big purchase like this. Few people properly wearing masks indoors. Business manager actually invited me into his office and closed the door for over 30 minutes!  Told $450 offered for my trade in, but it was only $100. Sad, disappointing but even more deceptive than the typical experience. That's why they call them car salesmen. More
