If you are looking for a Honda, do yourself a favor and go see Dominique @ Criswell. We have owned MANY Honda vehicles (and have talked to TOO MANY Honda sales people). We met Dominique a year ago when l go see Dominique @ Criswell. We have owned MANY Honda vehicles (and have talked to TOO MANY Honda sales people). We met Dominique a year ago when looking at a vehicle for my wife and, while we ended up not buying a Honda, we remembered liking working with Dominique. So, recently, were on the market for a CRV Sport Touring, so we went back to see Dominique; and he was great to work with. He knows the products great, he know all the tricks to help you save some money, and he provides exceptional service. We even had an email miscommunication between us when trying to negotiate the deal and both Dominique and his Sales Manager (Jordy Ramirez) and General Sales Manager (Andre Turner) figured out a way to work with us to make the deal happen. The sales process was a little stressful because of the miscommunication, but overall very good thanks to Dominique and his team. But, more than that, Dominique has been a great resource for the extra things and his service didn't stop once the deal was closed. Dominique has helped up with little things like borrowing a bow to put on the car (it was a gift), helping to coordinate post-sale things like license plates and coordinating service. Most recently we had an unusual service request, so we reached out to Dominique for some additional information; his response was, "I don't know, but let me find out for you and I will call you back." Remember, this was a service question and, instead of asking us to call the Service Department, Dominique offered to find the answer for us, which I above and beyond. So, simply put, if you want a Honda, go see Dominique because 1) he's great to work with, 2) he knows his products and then some, 3) he knows all of the tricks, 4) he's got a good team of managers backing him, and 5) his service and support doesn't end when you drive off the lot. And all that means A LOT. More

I just bought a Honda Accord EX-L Hybrid with the hard to find BSI and color that I wanted. I thought might have to wait 2 or 3 months and they got it in a few day.
