Sir In response to your inquiry on my negative rating on service performed on my 2015 GMC Savanna, a brief history on service. To start Rizza GMC Service was only Company servicing vehicle to date except for front end alignment. (That will be addressed) Truck was brought in for Transmission fluid and filter change. Was told buy at least John Howard that the transmission did not have filter, questing that, they were insistent that no filter. (transmission fluid change $200.00) I informed them to be sure before work was to be done. Same time new tires to be installed and front end alignment. Was assured before any work was to be performed Rizza GMC could do alignment. That was deciding factor to have Rizza do tires knowing I was paying a premium. to have work done. Called back was told tires were installed and I would have to bring Truck to Other to have alignment performed, because they do not have equipment to handle extended Van. This is the reason why I had Rizza GMC do tires. Rizza was told multiple times Truck was a extended model. Not Happy. Then I was informed Truck transmission dose have filter and cost would be $450.00. Not Happy. I Did not have Rizza perform transmission service. I was mislead and could gave gone elsewhere yo gave service preformed. I made clear before truck was brought in that Rizza Service work was able to be preformed. This is not the first time transmission or alignment was to be done at Rizza GMC on a truck this size. (Truck was purchases at Rizza GMC) I paid additional $150.00 for tires i could have got at Tire store where alignment was done. (Plus $50.00 rebate was rejected.) Not Happy This brings us to service performed in June 2021. Brake caliper sticking. I was hearing grinding when Braking. I jacked up front Drivers tire to inspect. was removing Rim center cap(Plastic) finding one of two screws bent and stripped. (Screws stainless steel) Removed with difficulty to find Center Hub screws over tightened causing crack in center hub. Front break caliper ok. Checked rear and found Passenger rear caliper sticking no brake pad left, and rotor gouged. I purchased truck from Rizza in October 2019 and purchases extended warranty to cover repairs. Brought in Truck into Rizza GMC for service. Informed of repairs needed. Was asked by John Howard how i know of problem, I informed him I can hear grinding and went under truck to inspect. In addition belt idler pulley bearing were squeaking, John Howard asked, how I knew bearings were bad. I informed him I knew what bad bearings sounded like. Told him I had extended warranty on 2015 Savanna that repairs were covered. John Howard Informed me extended warranties do not cover repairs on brake calipers. NOT HAPPY I informed him it was. He still insisted NO. John Howard then informed me I would have to pay $170.00 to have truck inspected for work. At that time I was starting to walk out. NOT HAPPY I went back to John Howard and asked to talk to service manager. We went to servive manager, first thing John Howard told him I did not feel I had to pay for mechanics time to look at truck. I spoke second, telling him that was not the case. I agreed to pay the $170.00 for the inspection because, repairs were covered under warranty. I informed Service manager of my first trip for service. He assured me the 2015 Savanna would be looked at. I signed agreement to pay $170.00 for Mechanic inspection. Received call back from Service Manager asking why I thought brake caliper was sticking. told him rear passenger side. mechanic only looked at front brakes. Truck was pulled back in for inspection. What happened to Full inspection I agreed upon? $170.00 After back and fourth on coverage, parts labor and deductible. all was covered deductible was waiver per warrenty. John Howard was completely wrong about Warranty. This brings us back To Rims center Hubs. Being Rizza GMC only performed work on truck the center hubs were damaged by Mechanic or apprentice. This was Handled by Jim Monahan. I informed him damage was done on centee caps here. I was informed rim was tapped and threads for screw ok. caps were put on and I left. took truck out following Saturday came home next day Sunday noticed rear drivers side center cap missing and screws still there. Ring doorbell confirms caps were on when left and gone when came home. I went to my property out west and had no contact for anyone to steal it. Checked other center caps found Front driver’s side loose, took out bent screw which I was informed was replaced. Not Happy Removed drivers side center hub and plastic center where screws are were cracked. Passenger side hubs loose. cracked also. Returned to Rizza GMC. Informed I want both Center Hubs Replaced at no charge to me. I agreed to pay cost originally before I found bent stainless steel screw was put back into center hub. Jim Monahan started making excuses about missing center hub. First it was stolen (Right , and they put screws back.) It is now Three Weeks from when I have been there, I have not heard from Jim Monahan. Is this where it ends? It is now 7/11/21, I called Jim Monahan left message. NO response! MCP43W
