I alway have a great experience. I have dealt with John Howard every time that I brought my Encore in. He has amazing customer service. I have never had an issue and had to come back for return on a repair Howard every time that I brought my Encore in. He has amazing customer service. Very pleased with the service and accomondations provided. The service is great and also the respectful treatment from the providers also makes it worth while. The Buick service center is not well marked, but the Service was excellent. Making and getting an appointment was quick and easy. Waiting room is plain but adequate.
