I recently bought a 2020 Cadillac from Rizza. This is my 3rd auto purchase from them & I've had an excellent experience each time. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, & everyone always willing to help & ans 3rd auto purchase from them & I've had an excellent experience each time. April 30 I took my car in for service for a check April 30 I took my car in for service for a check engine light I was greeted by a Mr. John Howard warm friendly kind very concerned understanding ab April 30 I took my car in for service for a check engine light I was greeted by a Mr. John Howard warm friendly kind very concerned understanding about service tech man . He wrote me up the service tell me he’s gonna look at my car and see what’s wrong with it why the check engine light is on . Informed me that he had to keep my car overnight and he got me a loaner the same as my car 2020 Buick encore I am formed him that I took my car in to 9300 and Oaklawn for all change the 15,000 mile oil change I wasn’t having any problems until 30 April now all the sudden the check engine light is coming on it’s not even two years old . And I was not even at the solid 18,000 miles . Mr. Howard called me my first set my car is ready to be picked up they service the turbo . He said that’s why the check engine light was on ! I told him I needed my car to go out of town to Memphis so May 1 I’m driving to Memphis I get to xxxxxx ham and the check engine light comes back on I call Tinley park dealership service department was close they said call back Monday and I will let Mr. Howard know that I called . I called Monday Mr. Howard can’t understand why the light came back on so he gave me a one 800 Roadside Assisting the Buick no one never answered that phone call I was on the holes for two solid whole hours I call GM financial to let them know of my problem and is still trying to get clarified ?? The car is drivable but you go 30 to 40 miles an hour and his Polin don’t know why that is the car is not even two years old it don’t even have 20,000 miles but yet all these problems is coming on so this car . I did not need to see the sales department to manage my problem my car is still under warranty it expires September 28, 2022 . I’m still in Memphis waiting for this matter to be resolved I got a call from Jake up to do an update to see what the matter was I’m waiting for Janice to call me and let me know if they’re going to come to pick my vehicle up to have it serviced . I gave Mr. John Howard five stars because he truly did give me excellent service I gave Sammy park store 8225 159th St. 5 stars because I will come back there to get my car serviced that’s a wonderful store they’re very involved it’s just my vehicle I don’t understand why the check engine light is still on they took care of the matter it went out but yet it’s back on .?? More

Awesome and Professional Service When I bring my Encore in for service, I work with John Howard and I have nothing but an excellent experience. The control panel where the knobs are f When I bring my Encore in for service, I work with John Howard and I have nothing but an excellent experience. The control panel where the knobs are for heating and cooling fell off but still was functioning. We brought it in and they said instead of giving a loner car and going back and forth, they will fix it quickly. They had an entire new panel on hand and fixed it immediately. The clips had broke that kept the panel in place and they were completely replaced. With being in a pandemic and businesses being short-handed, Buick went above and beyond to get this fixed in less than an hour. I recommend any Buick owner to bring their vehicle to this location. The professionalism and work they do is top notch and I could not be any more satisfied. More
