Service was awful. Took two hours and more to get an oil change. Have always received a free oil change on my new car but Saturday I paid $78 for it. They said they stopped giving free oil changes. This is my fifth Cadillac from Rizza and the last three cars I have always gotten free oil changes. Bring back the women in the service department please. More
