We had shopped around several local Toyota dealerships and kept experiencing "less than ca We recently purchased two new vehicles from Beaver Toyota. We had shopped around several local Toyota dealerships and kept experiencing "less than candid" valuations for our trade-ins and on the actual dealer invoice for the new vehicles. When we initially contacted the Beaver sales department, they were honest and let us know up front that one of the vehicles we were looking for was not on the lot. They called us as soon as one came in and set up a time that worked for us to come see the vehicle. The sales representative demonstrated a sound knowledge of both vehicles (hybrids), the specs on the engine and hybrid system, maintenance schedules, and options. He was also not afraid to pull up NADA Guides, TrueCar, and KBB as well as other dealers' online ads to discuss both new car and trade in values. He respected the research we had done prior to the sale and walked (along with the Finance manager) through each key point of the transaction so that we clearly were comfortable with each line item on the buyer's order.
