I would recommend JD and finance department So JD was good. Straight to the point. Finance person (female) I don’t remember her name was good and straight forward. That being said JD and I both So JD was good. Straight to the point. Finance person (female) I don’t remember her name was good and straight forward. That being said JD and I both stood outside in effort to clean my front windshield so I could drive it home with failure and the drive home was interesting. Yes it went to detail before it got to me. There was yellow wax left everywhere. JD says come back and let detail manager and assistance take care of it will which I did from high springs FL. After 2 long hrs I get my Jeep back with a chip in the paint on the drivers door, and they didn’t even touch the rims which was one of the things I said to him when I came in. Him and I both wiped black off. They still didn’t fix the windshield problem which was really bad once it started raining on I-75 and I had to pull over. I ended up detailing the car myself and spent over an hour on the front windshield alone. And all the side windows and back window had the same film on them. I myself probably won’t come back unless your the only place that may have a part I need in the future. Kind of hard for your sales to speak good about a specific department who failed miserably 2 times. Back up camera is horrible. The 2014 ram I traded in looked way better. The Uconnect feature which was spoken so highly of drops all the time and won’t reconnect unless I turn off the Jeep and my iPhone X. He ended up having to get the rubber mats and user manual from other vehicles as they were not present. The 2nd key was no where to be found during 3 hours I was there the first day but then showed up right before the Jeep was to be moved to service to cut a key. I can tell you while I don’t have a problem with JD the rest of the crew may need to be looked into as he spoke highly about everyone but the only other one that stepped up to the plate was in finance, making him look like he had no clue what he was talking about. The only reason I gave 5 stars was so JD didn’t get penalized no that I know this to be the case but assume this is the case. More

Great experience! I went to a few dealership and got the usual run around at them all, then I got in touch with a friend John and asked his opinion and right then and t I went to a few dealership and got the usual run around at them all, then I got in touch with a friend John and asked his opinion and right then and there basically had a deal ready for me. The next day I’m at the dealership buying the car I wanted within my budget! Toma in finance was amazing and the best around working with “poor” credit. All in all the best buying experience I’ve had! More

No worries, as John did everything to make the transaction happen. Toma then continued the process and breezed me through the financing.
