Very pleased with Service Dept, analyzed my diesel many days and kept their word on not charging extra than the analysis fee. Very honest, I had to cease the process as a 20 year truck doesn’t warrant the days and kept their word on not charging extra than the analysis fee. When I decided to trade my car in and purchase a new one I thought of Bradshaw and decided I really wanted to Cadillac. Turned out to be a six hour Adventure as John Kervales Took time and patience as we tr I thought of Bradshaw and decided I really wanted to Cadillac.
