Because of the covid-19 pandemic our transaction was different from a typical transaction, with social distancing being enforced. Pete, our sales agent, stayed in touch with us via email throughout the pandemic and when we had chosen the car we wanted (via the website) Pete put a hold on it for us. Once the dealership was allowed to start up sales again, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and careful. We were asked to come to the dealership at a specific time and were given a separate area to complete the paperwork while the finance manager guided us through it at a safe distance. We couldn't be happier with our new mini and with the personal sales service at Otto's Mini. Thanks to everyone who helped us! More
