Pam took the time to explain and compare in detail the difference between leasing vs purchasing, both of which we began to consider. We had MANY questions, and she was able to provide all the answers. As it turned, out we now own (In time! Great financing) a 2015 MKC and love it. There were benefits to either situation, but we decided on the one that was ultimately best for us in the long run. The entire staff that we worked was very helpful, and never once did we feel any pressure. We did our research and we received a great price without having to haggle. Exceptional Customer Service 8/8/15, brought in my 2011 F150 2WD SuperCrew with a reared growl noise on acceleration and cornering. Obviously I was concerned as it was not the chirping sound of your warn break warning system. Not expecting to get my vehicle in today, Carols Posada, Service Advisor, checked my vehicle and moved me into line for immediate attention. Turned out I had a 'heat shield' come loose. Again Carols clearly explained what it was, what needed to be done and the cost to do it. No drama, no add on maintenance (what I needed ). Clearly a quality organization from Carlos, to Mark S (Service Technician). a little over two hours and my truck was back to me, clean inside and out. Great Service and I am very comfortable recommending them to the rest of my Naperville, IL neighbors. More
