Poor customer service. Never called back on a car we were interested in. Sales manager never called back either. This is second time we've tried to purchase from this dealership, but they wouldn't fol were interested in. Sales manager never called back either. The staff we encountered were considerate and very knowledgeable about our needs. The absolute worst dealership experience I've ever had. My credit was pulled 11 times, they forged my signature on paperwork to which I filed a police report over.
