John Lafabregue is hassle Free and Pleasure to work with.. John Lafabregue was polite, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not go thru any hassels and never felt pressured to make a purchase. I really feel like he was there to help me find the right vehicle and work with management to put the right deal together for me. I’m extremely happy with my purchase because I got the best deal with the additional incentives and options. John Lafabregue is a nice person and pleasure to work with. When we left the dealership, we carry the great feeling of experience which will stay with me for life time, this is priceless. I would definitely buy the vehicle again from John down the line and would recommend to others looking for a new vehicle. I love my highlander and Fred Anderson Toyota definitely keep up their slogan of saying "Family Store". This is how car buying should be. We all appreciate all your help John Lafabregue!! John replied back to me, and we set an appointment. At the meeting, he not only told me the basics of leasing, he actually listened to what I had in mind, and suggested a car that I didn't even know was available: the Corolla iM. He even let me test-drive it. I was sold, both on the car and on the leasing. John knows his business, inside and out, and is very personable in presenting the facts. I definitely will recommend him to anyone asking me for references, both due to him and the Toyota reputation. I feel very lucky to have met John and dealt with him in going through the car lease experience. More
