John and Mazda took care of me from the beginning to end! I appreciated that they were serious the entire process and didn’t play the game that a lot of dealers like to play (starting off negotiations at a s I appreciated that they were serious the entire process and didn’t play the game that a lot of dealers like to play (starting off negotiations at a sky high number). John was so kind, he even had someone take me to grab lunch when my son was getting antsy! When Loo from Finance worked with me, he was personable, patient, and explained everything I was signing. My past experiences with sales in Naples Mazda have not been great so I am glad and satisfied that they have a strong team now that values customer service. More

John Lazor was great. Liz, the finance manager kept asking me if I wanted to finance the car which I kept saying no. The added fees are way too high.
