John Lee was the Sales C I have purchased many cars over the years. I’ve been to Nissan, Honda, Jeep, and Toyota dealerships. Castle was fantastic! John Lee was the Sales Consultant who helped me. He was great to work with! He listened to what I was looking for. He had to get the car from another location—he physically picked it up so I could see it before making a decision. Also want to give a shout out to Ed Finn as he was reasonable through the negotiation process and treated me well. Car buying also includes the financing process—George explained all the terms and conditions and provided multiple options to help make my decision. Serviced new GMC Sierra for first time for oil change. Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. I would think they would have told me when confirming my appointment. Onl Was told 4 recalls which is fine but would take all day and had no loaners. I would think they would have told me when confirming my appointment. Only did oil change but took over 1 1/4 hours and no wash. Very disappointed for a first time service visit. More
