WOW! 05-05-18 My husband and I decided it might be a great time to trade in our Malibu for an SUV of some sorts. Having children in multiple sports with multiple friends, it just makes since to have something more accommodating. Upon shopping I was set on another Acadia which I loved previous to our Malibu. However, none were available on the lot. Next best SUV in my opinion is the Treverse which I'll admit at the time I stuck my nose up to. Again, I was set on an Acadia. After being convinced to have an open mind John showed me a 2018 Chevy Treverse. A beautiful vehicle! We test drove it and I fell in love. John was so patient and listen to us as potential clients that we needed to stay in our budget! We expressed our needs in our new choice vehicle and he delivered. He found us an amazing SUV that accommodates our lives all the way around from kids and strollers, wagons and softball, cheer gear and more. Whatever the world throws at us. We live 30 miles north of Madison, Wi. and there isn’t a dealer in the area that will meet Ray Chevrolet’s price. John gave us a great price on our new vehicle as well as a great price on our trade. We scheduled an appointment with John on a normal March Saturday, and glad we did. We have never experienced a showroom and waiting room that was totally packed!! Now that tells me Ray Chevrolet is doing lots of things right for their customers!! I believe John had (2) deals going while we were there, but he never wasted our time, The owner of the dealership took the time to introduce himself and assure us we had come to the right place.
