Great people here very helpful! After spending 9 hours at the dealership thinking it wasn't even possible for me to get anything. I ended up walking away with a 2016 Chevy Sonic LT! My 1st New Car I went to Ray's to look at a used car, and was assisted by John Lesniak. After price checking and viewing, John was able to crunch some numbers and pu I went to Ray's to look at a used car, and was assisted by John Lesniak. After price checking and viewing, John was able to crunch some numbers and put me in my 1st New car ever, for not much more than the cost of a used one. He got me some rebates and discounts, and even filled the gas tank and detailed it before I took it home. I was at ease through the whole process, and almost felt like I was buying a car from my friend. He paid attention to what I wanted, and not what he wanted to sell, unlike most new car dealers. I drove away feeling totally comfortable, and kind of like I made a new friend. Thanks John for taking the time to Care, and not just "make a sale". Great customer service! I drove 2 hours one way too buy a 2012 Ram 1500 from Ray Chevrolet. Very nice truck, on the test drive I noticed a womp, womp sound coming from tires I drove 2 hours one way too buy a 2012 Ram 1500 from Ray Chevrolet. Very nice truck, on the test drive I noticed a womp, womp sound coming from tires. I didn't think much of it at the time because it wasn't that noticeable. After driving the truck 2 hours home the sound became very annoying. I also found that the passenger side mirror had a crack in the plastic cover that had black tape put on it to cover it up by previous owner. I emailed John Lesniak about the tire and mirror issues. John replied the next day and had me contact the service department to set up an appointment. I was given a loaner vehicle and two days later my truck was ready to go with four new tires and a new replacement side mirror. My cost $0. I would highly recommend to anyone to purchase there next vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. More
