Perfect Service Experience My SHO Taurus had a problem with the front axle. I called to make an appointment for the next week. John Locher said just bring it in in the mornin My SHO Taurus had a problem with the front axle. I called to make an appointment for the next week. John Locher said just bring it in in the morning. They put me in a car for what I thought would be a few days, but John called be just after lunch and said they had it all set. Great parts department as well, not all dealers would stock the hub assembly that had failed. They even had time to change my oil and set me up with a discount coupon for that (the cashiers are great) and the porter even washed my car and took the time to remove all the plastic and floor mats that they use to protect cars from grease and dirt. Lets not forget the tech who did the hard part and got my car fixed correctly, and quickly the first time out. John Locher as well as everyone that I had contact with did an excellent job.
