Good service on a Mustang with rear axle issues It took a little bit for them to diagnose the issue. I had to come in to show them it wasn't my tires that was the source of the noise. Intelligent. Respectful. Listened. John listened to my need; it was a window that would not roll up; it was raining outside, and I had kids in the car that I needed to get to school.. When I explained the issues we were experiencing he immediately identified the problem. He reassured us the repair would be done the next day and we'd have the truck back ASAP. True to his word, we had the truck back the same day (and he was correct on the diagnosis).
