Intelligent. Respectful. Listened. John listened to my need; it was a window that would not roll up; it was raining outside, and I had kids in the car that I needed to get to school.. Service Department is Great! We were having an issue with our Ford Edge. I called to make an appointment and was immediately connected with John L. in service. When I explained th We were having an issue with our Ford Edge. I called to make an appointment and was immediately connected with John L. in service. When I explained the issues we were experiencing he immediately identified the problem. He reassured us the repair would be done the next day and we'd have the truck back ASAP. True to his word, we had the truck back the same day (and he was correct on the diagnosis). I've gone to a few different Ford dealerships and worked with many different service employees and John really stands out above the rest. Thank you for great service!
