I was praying that John Lohne had made arrangements of a loaner car as I ad to be ready for a visit by a home health nurse. John did indeed have everything arranged so that I could get home to meet the nurse and our car was really immaculate when my wife and I picked it up. John was empathetic with my situation and I very much appreciated that.his efficiency and courteousness. More

John always goes out of his way to show us that we are valued customers. So when it came time to buy another Lexus, we returned to Lexus of Melbourne to work with Nicole DeVos, a Sales Associate who we met a few years ago while having our car serviced. She always displayed enthusiasm in the product she was selling and always had a great attitude and professional demeanor. Nicole showed us that she was as excited for us to get our car as we were!
