I had gotten out of Viera Hospital the day before after being hospitalized for an ab I had an appointment Monday AM to have our 2015 RX 350 detailed. I had gotten out of Viera Hospital the day before after being hospitalized for an abdominal problem. I was praying that John Lohne had made arrangements of a loaner car as I ad to be ready for a visit by a home health nurse. John did indeed have everything arranged so that I could get home to meet the nurse and our car was really immaculate when my wife and I picked it up. John was empathetic with my situation and I very much appreciated that.his efficiency and courteousness. More
