Title: Deceptive Car Dealer and Untrustworthy Salesman I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Westside Lexus and their salesman, John Loving, and I cannot stress enough how Salesman I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Westside Lexus and their salesman, John Loving, and I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the entire ordeal. In all my years of car buying, I have never encountered such dishonesty and disregard for customer trust. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, it was clear that my interests and needs were not their priority. John Loving came across as friendly and knowledgeable, but it didn't take long to realize that his apparent expertise was nothing more than a façade for a series of blatant lies and half-truths. The financial aspect of the transaction was equally problematic. John Loving & Dominic misled me about the terms of the financing agreement, and I ended up with a much higher interest rate than he had initially promised. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic that only added to the overall sense of deception. In conclusion, my experience with Westside Lexus and John Loving was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution, if not avoid them altogether. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity are inexcusable, and I regret the day I ever set foot in their dealership. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and reputable car dealer. More

John has secured my new vehicle and I am so excited to meet him in person next . Weekend. John went above and beyond to answer all questions , sometimes 3 times as well as assisting navigation of the Lexus website for even more clarification , John backed up his statements with documentation in a timely manner , answer all call, texts and emails promptly . The bottom line is John has gone above and beyond the Call of Duty . I don't mind driving 300 miles each way for excellent service ! After i pick he vehicle up I will update this rating again.
