It took almost two hours to complete the delivery. I do not believe that I ever received a copy of a signed purchase order. All the accessories that were supposed to be part of the deal were not installed before I arrived. Overall, I found that the upfront sales portion of the sale with Luis and John was excellent but the follow up to delivery left a lot to be desired. More

From the point of my internet inquiry to the completion of the final lease documents, I received prompt, professional service from the sales and finance teams. Being a numbers person, it is important that I know how the final lease payment was arrived at. There was a mutual respect and understanding of how the numbers worked out to benefit me and the dealership. This was the first time I dealt with this dealership. A local competitor failed to follow-up with me as a repeat customer (other than with automated emails) and I had to reach out to them. Perhaps the opportunity to "steal" me away from the other Honda shop influenced the significantly lower lease payment but that is ok. Hondas sell themselves but it is nice to have a team trained in a customer-focused culture to work with. We will be back. More

They even seemed to like working with each other which also made it very comfortable and easy for me. I came in to maybe purchase a "certified" Honda sedan but walked out with a "new" SUV. And I am very very happy with my choice. So I walked in to trade in my old (1996) still working honda sedan. I am old and my car was old but it was a gem and I hated to see it go. I even got a litlle trade in on it, albeit a small amount but it was something anyway. Dalton eased me into a new SUV with all the new trappings and I love it (except that I couldn't convince anyone to make it a manual - guess that is really too old by today's standards). Bottom line: it was a pleasant experience and Dalton was patient as I test drove one vehicle after another. I was ready to make the day of moving from one car place to another but never got past Honda Mohawk and that is because of the wonderful staff who was present from the very moment I walked in. Kudos to all of you and especially to Dalton who even came in twice on his days off. More
